Hello, and welcome to the USA-Korea Conversation partners forum.
Image
My name is Mr. Ham and I am an American living in Incheon, South Korea. My friend, Mr. Kaiel is a teacher in the United States. If you are one of our students, this forum is for you. Think of it as having a bunch of pen-pals at the same time. It is a place for you to tell people from other cultures about your own culture (specifically American and Korean culture). For example:
Quote:
What do you study in school?
How many brothers and sisters do you have?
What kinds of sports are popular?
What do you usually eat for dinner?
Who is your favorite cartoon character?
What kinds of toys do you play with?
Do you read? How often?

Please post a message about yourself and your culture. Read other students' posts as well. Try to reply to people and ask and answer their questions. Above all, enjoy this site while learning about new things and becoming better communicators. 8)

Hello students from Korea,

My name is Mr. Kaiel and your professor Mr. Ham is a friend of mine from college. I was once an English teacher in Korea. I taught at an all girls middle school in Pusan. My wife Stashia was a teacher at an all boys middle school. We love the food and the scenery in Korea. My students enjoy learning about other cultures. Please join them and become their conversation partners. I look forward to reading your posts. Talk to you soon.

Mr. Kaiel
