I know a lot of health habits.Best of one is regular exercise.

I recommend soccer.Soccer have many action ; shoot,run,pass,centering,
etc....

So soccer is best one of keep a healthy.

I hope you read my topic follow and your health more better than present.

There are lots of healthy habit in the world I know some healthy habit.
Healthy habits is good to diet and it make more healthy.
I know 13healthy habits. It is soccer, baseball, basketball......
If we play soccer it will make stronger(leg) than now and basketball will make stronger(arm) than now too.
last baseball will make stronger(arm,leg)than now.
so I think we have to do healthy habits to more healthy.

Soccer is very good healthy habbit, but here are some more health habbits.
Ride bicycle. It is good to ride bicycle because riding bicycle help us to keep our health better.
Be positive. You wiil smile and laugh a lot when you be positive.
Just walk 30 minutes in a day. You don't have to do other exercise if you walk 30 minutes in a day.

Which is healthier, playing soccer or riding a bike? Why? Is walking 30 minutes a day enough exercise to stay healthy and fit? What else can we do? What should we eat? How many hours should we sleep? What are some things that we should avoid?

I think soccer is good healthy habbit. because we can stay in shape and relax.
And baseball is good too. because we can exer all body.
When we do baseball we have to run, throw ball and swing the bat.
so It can make our body strong, stay in shape and relax.
Last I think diet is important. because when we exercise and eat lot of meat to dinner. It can make our body fat and unhealthy.
so we have to eat vegetable a lot and eat meat little. when we eat like that we can healthy then now.

Your advice is good--especially about diet and exercise. I heard that soccer players run an average of 10 kilometers or more during the course of a game. Even the refs run a lot. I do not think that is the case in baseball. :wink: I love the sport, but I think guys stand around a lot too. Which one do you like better and why? :)
