I get stressed when I'm studying for exam and I don't sleep well.
When I get stressed, I get a headache and feel sad.
So I sleep all day or eat medicine.
Sometimes I do exercise with family.

Remember exams are only exams. Do your best, but try not to freak out too much when you have them. Also, what kind of medicine do you take when you get headaches? Have you tried Ibruprophen? 400mg really works well for me when I have a headache. Don't forget to drink lots of water when you take it though. By they way, doesn't exercising while you have a headache just make it worse?

I usually take Tylenol.
I don't exercise too much.
I usually walk with cong.

<Sleep>
Sleeping is very important.
If you don't sleep,you can't do anything.
But too much sleeping is bad for you.
You had better sleep 7~8 hours a day.

Late rising is bad habit, but little nap is good for you.
I usually take a nap 15minutes.
It is my vitamin.

So you have to sleep enough.

I like the way you described napping. You said it was like your "vitamin."
I understand what you mean. I took a 3-hour nap today, and afterward I felt
really good. I usually don't take naps, but these days, I'm feeling a bit tired.
How about you? Are you feeling more tired than usual? Are you stressed at all?

I am feeling more tired these days because I prepare for an exam.
I usually sleep 8~9 hours but these days I sleep only 5 hours.
Nowadays I'm stressed.

Have you tried any of the coping methods we studied together--like meditation, exercise, or pampering yourself?
I hope you feel better soon. I used to get really stressed before tests as well. The only thing that made me feel better was getting finished with them. I know you will do a good job. Even if you don't, you're still great in my book. By the way--nice avatar--where did you get it?

I think hot weather is one of the biggest problems for dogs. It can give them a lot of stress. Am I right? What does your dog Kong do to keep cool in the summer? Do you take him to the groomers to get a haircut during the hottest months? What do you do to stay cool? Does your school keep the classrooms air-conditioned?

Kong got a haircut last Sunday.
Before he got a haircut,he looks like very hot.
He is very cool now.

My school sometimes keep the classrooms air-conditioned.
We are very hot, but sometimes my school doesn't keep the classrooms air conditioned.
But we endure because this Saturday is vacati0on!

Is his new haircut cute? How much did it cost? Where did you get it done? Have you had your hair cut or styled recently? I just had my head shaved. The guy did a poor job this time--he left a couple of longer hairs! I guess I have to do it on my own next time.

So, what are you going to do thgis summer? Do you have any plans to hang out with your friends?

Kong's haircut is very expensive.
It cost 20000 won.

I want to try haircut but I don't have time.
Because I just play with friends nowadays.

I am going to play with friends this summer.
But I don't have any plans.

What kinds of things are you doing with your friends these days?
It's been really rainy some days and really hot and humid other days, hasn't it?
Do you think your family is going to do anything special together this summer?
We're going to rent a mini-van and drive down to Wando together fopr 3-4 days. We're going to visit family, do a little shopping, and hang out on the beach.
I'm looking forward to the time off.

You go to school because you take Korean class or you go to school and take Korean class?
Are you taking other classes these days as well? What makes Korean class so hard? Is your teacher strict?
Is the material interesting? What was the last thing you learned in Korean class?

By the way, I think my family is still planning on going down south near the end of August. You said yours
didn't have any plans. If you could do anything with your family for two weeks this summer, what would you do?
Where would you travel? Tell me about your dream trip. :D
