You guys have a lot of self-control. I could never collect chocolate--not for very long anyway. It always ends up in my mouth and then in my stomach. I love milk chocolate--like in Hershey bars--and these days, I've been getting into eating more dark chocolate--like cacao. Have you ever tried 99% cacao? I've heard it tastes like chalk--but more bitter. I usually eat 56-72%.
